Hi! I am Carole Miller and my motivation to become a Certified Life Coach began with my own journey. I was facing significant transitions in my life; a pending divorce after 20 years of marriage, 3 growing teenagers preparing to fly, a career I had put on hold, distance from my own family, a constant struggle with financial insecurity, and various health issues. 

Believe me, there were many dark and lonely days. To the outside world, I appeared to have it together, came across as strong and not needing help. Inside I was crushed, depleted, and freak-out afraid.

After a scary hospitalization, I knew I needed to take control of my health and care for my body. I was highley motivated and made significant dietary changes. Within one week I could not believe how incredible I felt; energized, well-rested, lighter, reduced joint pain, no more migraines (!!), and I know it always sounds over the top…but I was happy!

You know what happens to people when they are happy? They want to share that feeling with the world. So that is what I did. I put myself out there and began to post about my experiences. I was shocked and humbled when I learned how deeply my story resonated with people and how inspiring they found my journey. Being honest about “the hard” empowered me and gave others hope. There is light at the end of the tunnel. I also heard from many long-time friends who told me they were learning so much about me that they never new before. I grew to recognize and appreciate how vulnerability allows us to connect on a deep and meaningful level with others.

So much shifted for me! I found energy, strength, and hope. This emboldened me to confront some of the very difficult situations in my life that I had always avoided and to accomplish things I never thought possible. Is every day amazing? Of course not. I am human. But I do know, when I have a rough day, tomorrow will be better. All of this ignited a powerful sense of purpose for me; helping women find their light and radiate it out into the world.

How blessed am I to have the love and support of my incredible adult “kids,” a wonderful partner, and magnificent family and friends. I am so fortunate to work with clients who are motivated, honest, and real. And, I deeply appreciate the trust they instill in me.
